A way of losing weigh

What in our life does not contribute to weight gain - lack of exercise, stress, the desire for something joyful among boredom and uncertainty . Often when we understand that we are fat, it is already too late. We start looking for different diets, rotating them, as far as we can, but soon we return to starting position.
